DESCRIPTION

Grout 105 is a dry pre-blended grout that is resistant to chloride penetration consisting of a blend of natural cement based binder, specially selected dried graded aggregates all passing a 3500 micron sieve and retarders.

    • Yield: Generally 960 kg/m3 of powder with a water/powder ratio of 14% will result in a bulk density of 2010 kg/m3

Grout 105

 

Product Description

Grout 105 is a blend of a Natural Cement, Portland Cement, food grade retarders specially blended aggregates and plasticisers. It is a high strength grout to be used as a rod anchorage grout, for setting holding down bolts, grouting under base plates, repairs around sewers and as a high strength overlay screed.

The product only requires to be added to water (see mixing instructions for further details), can be used in cold & wet conditions and sets under water. It is supplied as a special product with a minimum order of 5 tonnes.

Cleanup

Grout 105 should be removed from tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

 

Storage

Grout 105 is packaged in a polythene inner bag with a resealable tie within a stitch sealed woven polypropylene outer bag, which should be stored in dry conditions and will last for at least twelve months.
